Subscriptions charge you for access. We charge you for output. You should not pay a monthly fee for the right to create flipbooks. The flipbook platform itself is completely free. If you prefer predictable billing, we offer an optional monthly top-up at a discounted rate, but it is not a subscription. There is no contract, credits roll over forever, and you can pause or cancel it with one click.

Caught that, did you? Fair point. Here is the difference: a subscription charges you for the right to use the platform. Our monthly top-up just buys you credits at a bulk discount. The platform is free regardless. If you skip a month, nothing happens. Your credits are still there, your flipbooks are still there, your links still work. You can pause it, cancel it, or forget about it entirely. It is more like a standing order at the shop than a gym membership. No one is locking the door if you miss a payment.

Credits measure AI work. £1 = 100 Credits. Every AI action (chat messages, summaries, glossaries, quizzes, text-to-speech) draws from your balance. You start with 500 free Credits. Top up any time, at any amount.

AI features pause. Everything else keeps working. Your flipbooks, sharing links, analytics, design tools, and all platform features continue as normal. Top up any time to resume AI features. There is no downgrade.

Never. Credits you purchase, whether one-off or via a monthly top-up, stay in your balance until used. They roll over every month. No monthly resets, no "use it or lose it." If you buy 1,000 credits and use 200, you have 800 left next month.

Everything. Unlimited flipbooks, no watermarks, Hot Zones, Back-Story, White Label Designer, Next Actions, Test Your Knowledge, Materials, Canva App integration, analytics, sharing, embedding. The entire platform is free. You only pay when you want AI to do work on your documents.

You start with 2 GB of free storage. As you purchase credits, your storage grows automatically: 5 GB at £20 spent, 10 GB at £50, 25 GB at £200, and 50 GB at £500+. Storage never decreases.

Every account starts with 3 custom links for free. As you purchase AI credits, your limit increases automatically: 10 links at £20 spent, 25 at £50, 50 at £200, 100 at £500, and 250 at £1,000+. Your flipbook needs a real PDF uploaded before you can claim a link, and unused links on inactive flipbooks may be reclaimed after 90 days.

Your billing page shows a full transaction history with every AI action logged. You always know exactly what AI work was done and how much it cost.

When you join a team, all AI usage draws from the workspace credit pool managed by the team owner. Your personal credits are paused (not deleted) and resume if you leave. Team members cannot purchase credits individually. The workspace owner controls the credit pool and can see exactly who used what.

Create an account and 500 Credits are added automatically. No credit card required. Credits cover everything: AI chat, summaries, glossaries, quizzes, text-to-speech, and more. They never expire, so take your time. When you are ready for more, top up at any amount.

We use Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payments are processed in GBP. Stripe handles currency conversion automatically.

Yes. We have a Canva App available in the Canva Apps marketplace. Design in Canva and publish directly as an interactive flipbook with one click. All AI features including chat, summaries, and text-to-speech work automatically on your published design. No manual PDF exports needed.
